I have just came back from my holiday.
It was one of the most beautiful and also most interesting holidays I had so far.
This time I managed to combine working and entertainment.
One of my dreams has finally come true. I have traveled to Portugal, to Lisbon.
One week in the most beautiful capital of Europe I wish you all have this opportunity and visit it. I am sure you will like it a lot. I certainly did.
I won’t be talking to much about the country and precisely about the city (you will find everything just googling).
I must say that I have fallen in love with the city. Though I am more a London fan, this city, Lisbon made me switch sides.
I have seen the city during daytime and also I have seen it in the evening and at night. It’s worth the time and the efforts.
One of the most interesting places in this city, to my mind is the Castle of San Jorge. The view, the air, the tourists (lots of them) make you think you are traveling through time and you are actually living in those times.
I was rather surprised about the way people are treating you. They are so friendly with you. Whenever I have asked for some directions every single time they helped me (with the smile in their face). And of course I like the language. I think it has that thing that makes you enjoy it. It has that melody and the accent is amazing. If there is a language to ever enjoy speaking, Portuguese is the one.
I will show you some pictures and I will let them speak for me.
Please do enjoy them:

  1. Couldn’t help replying :) Lisboa – been there, done that, 2 years ago. Simply beautiful. Picturesque, charming, sensational – all in one. We should share a few photos some time…

    • Hi, Enida. Oh yes, we definetely should.
I was really impressed by this town and the people from there. Some of the pictures are really good and they make you jump in the plane and go see for yourself.
